Job summary

Dragos, Inc. is seeking a hands-on professional to interface with clients and drive the planning, scoping, and implementation of the Dragos Platform in customer environments.

You will work onsite with critical infrastructure teams on deployments, monitoring, and safeguarding industrial systems. The role requires 5+ years in ICS/OT cybersecurity, strong networking, Linux CLI skills, and experience with on-premise and cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ICS/OT and cybersecurity experience.
• Strong knowledge of IP networks, OSI model, Purdue model, and ICS protocols.
• Experience with Linux (command line).
• Experience with on-premise and cloud software solutions while managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Dragos Platform a plus.
• Travel up to 25% and strong customer focus with communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, scope, and implement the Dragos Platform in customer environments.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architect teams to understand customer use cases and success criteria.
• Work with client teams on network architecture, sensor placement, and integrations for deployments.
• Coordinate deployments and supplier interactions with client teams.
• Refine use cases and platform objectives with customer teams.
• Tune and optimize the Dragos Platform to meet customer objectives.
• Develop content and build workflows based on client use cases and value proposition.
• Monitor platform health and ensure continuous availability.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, and configuration changes to the Platform.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to enable key stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot, provide break/fix support, and manage escalations.
• Communicate roadmap and conduct feature walkthroughs with clients.
• Solicit client feedback on feature requests and improvements.
• Collaborate with other Dragos teams (Intel, Threat Hunting).
• Identify opportunities for other Dragos products and services.
