Dragos is seeking a field-enabled engineer to plan, scope, and implement the Dragos Platform in critical infrastructure environments across North America. You will work hands-on with sensors, network architectures, and customer teams at power plants, substations, and manufacturing sites.

This remote-first role requires collaboration with sales and solution architects to ensure customer success. The role emphasizes tuning the platform to customer objectives, delivering knowledge transfer, and

Competenze

• 5+ years of IC/OT and Cybersecurity experience.
• Strong networking knowledge: IP networks, OSI, Purdue model, IC protocols.
• Experience with Linux (command line).
• Experience in on-premise and cloud software solutions for Enterprise with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Dragos Platform is a plus.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Shell) is a plus.
• Electric Sector/NERC CIP experience is a plus.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Mansioni

• Interface with the client directly to plan, scope, and implement the Dragos Platform in customer environments.
• Join an on-site and hands-on team at power plants, substations, manufacturing floors, and refineries.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architect teams to understand customer use cases and success criteria.
• Deploy sensors, refine use cases, and coordinate deployments with client teams.
• Tune and optimize the Dragos Platform to meet customer objectives.
• Provide knowledge transfer, training, and documentation of processes.
• Troubleshoot, provide break/fix support, and manage escalations.
• Communicate roadmap and walkthrough new features with clients.
