Job summary
Clorox seeks an Electrical & Controls Principal Engineer (OT) to lead capital projects across multiple plants, including Alpharetta, Bentonville, and Durham. You will own electrical design, controls, and automation strategies from concept to startup, ensuring safety, cost control, and on-time delivery.
You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain, manage external partners, apply ISA-S88/PackML, and drive scalable OT solutions that improve reliability
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of engineering/operations experience in manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Experience delivering complex capital projects from concept through startup.
- Experience managing external engineering firms and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical and controls engineering activities across capital projects from concept to startup.
- Develop functional requirements, specifications, schedules, and deliverables.
- Manage scope, budget, timelines, and resources to meet business objectives.
- Provide hardware/software support and ensure system reliability and performance.
