Job summary

You will lead major automation, controls, and infrastructure projects across multiple sites, delivering scalable and reliable engineering solutions while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include leading capital projects from concept to startup, driving automation excellence, and shaping OT strategies with external partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years engineering/operations experience in manufacturing (CPG/food & beverage preferred).
• Strong expertise in electrical, instrumentation and control systems.
• Experience managing capital and expense budgets with financial planning.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical and controls engineering activities through all phases of capital projects.
• Develop functional requirements, technical specs, schedules, and deliverables.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, and resources to meet objectives.
• Provide leadership in electrical design, control systems, and automation platforms.
• Support system startup, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of new technologies for manufacturing capability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain.
