Job summary

The Clorox Company seeks an experienced Plant EIC Engineer to serve as the site’s technical authority for electrical power systems, controls, automation platforms, and OT networks. You will help ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operation of plant electrical infrastructure while driving continuous improvement in automation and network resilience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of manufacturing or industrial experience.
Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial automation systems, preferably Allen-Bradley/Rockwell.
Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, controls, and automation systems, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Experience leading automation or electrical capital projects from planning through commissioning.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout (LOTO), arc-flash, and electrical safety standards.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
