Job summary

Ziply Fiber in Sparks, NV is seeking a Senior Manager, Outside Plant (OSP) Construction to lead field operations across markets and ensure on-time, on-budget FTTH project delivery. This hands-on role requires deep OSP expertise, strong production discipline, and the ability to mentor construction managers and contractors.

Travel is required, with a company vehicle possibly provided; organizational leadership will drive standardization and quality across programs in assigned markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OSP experience with splicing and construction.
• 5+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience managing budgets and multi-market construction programs.
• Willingness to travel across markets and state lines.
• Strong knowledge of fiber splicing, safety practices, and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and manage OSP construction for new markets.
• Oversee staffing, budgets, schedules, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, property managers, customers, vendors and internal teams.
• Align internal/external teams with engineering to improve efficiency and reduce changes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to construction managers and contract admins.
