Job summary

Ziply Fiber seeks a Senior Manager, Outside Plant (OSP) Construction in Reno, NV to lead new market stand-ups and multi-market OSP programs with safety and budget discipline.

You will manage contractor crews and internal teams, drive schedule adherence, and align engineering, property owners, and customers to deliver homes-passed targets on time and within budget. Travel is required in assigned markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 10+ years OSP construction experience including splicing.
• 5+ years of leadership/people management.
• Experience managing multi-market programs and travel.
• Ability to manage budgets and contractor crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead the stand-up of new markets and OSP construction programs.
• Oversee staffing, budgets, schedules, safety and quality.
• Coordinate with engineering, municipalities, pole owners, and customers.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of homes passed targets.
• Drive standardization and process improvements across markets.
