Job summary
Ziply Fiber in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Senior Manager, Outside Plant (OSP) Construction to lead multi-market fiber build programs. This hands-on leadership role requires deep FTTH construction expertise, contractor management, and strong production discipline across assigned territories.
The position emphasizes scaling operations, achieving homes-passed targets safely and on schedule, with a focus on quality and cost control.
Qualifications
- Minimum of ten (10) years of OSP experience, including splicing and construction.
- Minimum of five (5) years leadership/people management experience.
- Experience managing budgets.
- Willingness to travel across active and emerging markets.
- Advanced understanding of fiber splicing and installation practices.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Responsibilities
- Oversee staffing, budgets, schedules for OSP construction projects.
- Lead contractor onboarding and build readiness in new markets.
- Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across builds.
- Coordinate with municipalities, pole owners, and property management.
- Drive end-to-end construction delivery from design to activation.
- Standardize practices and drive efficiencies across markets.
