Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires: a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of operations analysis while infusing expertise and best practices into the organization.
• Conduct side-by-side analyses with working teams to drive analytical capability and accountability.
• Lead programs with efficient teams relying on individual drive and integrity for success.

• Understand drivers within program areas and determine trends or drifts, consolidating information and recommending solutions.
• Serve as a business partner providing insights to Mission Areas and Business Unit Leadership.
