Job summary

RTX Corporation’s Operations/Supply Chain (OSC) Finance Organization seeks a Principal Financial Analyst to support the Naval Shipboard Mission Area, SM3/ESSM portfolio. You will drive production finance processes, including EACs and EVMS, as a key business partner across multi-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and ability to operate in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of operations analysis while infusing best practices.
• Perform side-by-side analyses with working teams to grow analytical capability.
• Build business relationships and trust with all stakeholders to drive timely insights.
• Consolidate information, identify critical metrics and propose solutions.
