Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to support SM-2 efforts in the US. The role involves EAC coordination, cost/schedule management, and ongoing EVMS processes.

You will collaborate with program managers and functional leaders to produce accurate forecasts and baselines for bookings, sales, and profits. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, strong MS Office skills, and experience with SAP PRISM/BW.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree in a related field preferred with 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience interfacing with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, etc.

Responsibilities

• EAC (Estimate at Complete) coordination, preparation, review and submission.
• Management of cost/schedule progress vs budgets and forecasts of Bookings/Sales/Profit/Cash monthly.
• Support as required (Gate 4’s) and contract baselines (Gate 5’s).
• Aid in the development of Long Range Plan (LRP).
• Internal EVMS implementation and maintenance, variance analysis, reporting.
