Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to support the Naval Shipboard Mission Area within the OSC Finance Organization. The role focuses on production finance processes, including EACs and EVMS, across multiple programs in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capability, stakeholder communication, and resource prioritization in a geographically dispersed, deadline-driven setting. Relocation benefits may be available.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of operations analysis while applying best practices.
• Collaborate with working teams to grow analytical capability and ownership over results.
