Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Principal Financial Analyst to join the OSC Finance Organization supporting the Naval Shipboard Mission Area, SM3/ESSM portfolio. The role handles production finance processes such as EACs and EVMS within a global team.

The ideal candidate will drive change management, transfer knowledge, and prioritize resources in a dynamic, multi-site environment while communicating with stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years in related roles.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with peers and leadership.
• Proficient in data analysis and financial evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of operations analysis.
• Perform side-by-side analyses with working teams to grow analytical capability.
• Consolidate information and identify critical metrics for executive review.
• Build business relationships and trust with stakeholders across functions.
• Understand drivers within program areas and recommend solutions.
• Provide insight and guidance to Mission Areas and Business Unit Leadership.
