RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking an OSC Finance Manager for the Next Generation Jammer program in Forest, MS. You will lead a team of Operations and Supply Chain financial analysts, driving critical processes and delivering actionable insights to support program success.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with SAP, PRISM, and data tooling; EVMS knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in financial analysis and program controls.
• U.S. Citizenship required; security clearance not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations labor and material analysis, supporting quarterly EACs and monthly LREs.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and deliver deeper financial insights.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to promote accountability and analytical growth.
• Collaborate with Mission Areas, Business Unit Leadership and other teams for financial guidance.
• Monitor program performance, identify trends and risks, and recommend solutions.
• Consolidate financial data and create executive-level presentations to support decisions.
• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team with collaboration and integrity.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and adherence to company policies.
