Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant professional experience.
• Associate degree/Medical Certification plus significant experience.
• Minimum 8 years of professional/related experience.
• Military experience with related healthcare exposure is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and plan with surgeons and accounts in Central Texas.
• Achieve sales objectives and quotas using approved resources.
• Drive product sales across assigned products and territory.
• Develop relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital personnel.
• Provide case support and education to surgeons during procedures.
• Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials per company policy.
• Identify and counter competitive threats and execute strategic selling.
• Balance product sales mix within the territory.
