Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Consultant to support the Dallas, TX orthopaedics territory. You will develop surgeon and account relationships, drive product sales, and deliver clinical and economic value to healthcare systems.

Role requires a Bachelor’s degree with extensive sales experience in healthcare or related fields. Travel, lab/OR environment work, and strong communication skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years professional/related experience; alternative pathways allowed.
• Associate degree or medical certification with 5+ years experience; or 8+ years total experience.
• Military transition or related experience acceptable as part of career path.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and plan to identify and qualify surgeons and accounts.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas using approved resources.
• Drive product sales for assigned territory and ensure proper product utilization.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff and hospital buyers.
• Maintain contact with prospects/new customers and support cases.
• Promote new/emphasis products and execute balanced product mix.
