Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years in professional or related field, or 5+ years with an associate degree/certification.
• 8+ years of related experience if no degree, or recent military transition with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify surgeons/accounts within the Central Texas territory.
• Achieve sales goals and quotas using approved resources.
• Drive product sales for assigned orthopaedic instruments and solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital buyers.
• Provide support during surgical cases and ensure proper product utilization.
• Promote new products and execute balanced sales strategies in territory.
