Johnson & Johnson's MedTech Orthopaedics team seeks a Senior Sales Consultant to support clinicians in Central Texas, covering Austin and San Antonio. You will identify opportunities, present advanced orthopaedic solutions, and build trusted relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with several years in medical device sales, with travel to customer sites and a proven ability to meet sales goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience in medical devices/sales.
• Experience in account management and relationships with surgeons or hospital personnel.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to posting territory; valid US driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and plan with surgeons and accounts to grow sales.
• Drive product sales within assigned territory; present and demonstrate products.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital buyers.
• Provide in-surgery support and case coverage as needed.
• Educate customers and provide post-sale service and support.
