Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes division seeks a Sales Consultant to cultivate surgeon and account relationships across Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky. You will travel as needed, work in OR environments, and collaborate with hospital teams to implement sales plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of related experience.
• Associate degree or Medical Certification plus 5+ years of related experience.
• 8+ years of professional/related experience or recent military transition with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and planning: identify prospective surgeons and accounts and develop plans to grow sales.
• Achieve business plan objectives and quotas using approved resources.
• Drive product sales within assigned territory; present, demonstrate, ensure proper utilization.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff and hospital personnel.
• Provide support during surgical cases and routine follow-up with customers.
