Job summary

Canyon Ranch seeks a Senior Organizational & People Development Specialist to design and implement learning experiences that enhance organizational effectiveness. You will support talent management processes and collaborate with HR and other functions.

You will develop, review, and deliver training using ILT, online modules, and LMS tools, ensuring materials reflect Canyon Ranch’s mission and values across locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialized experience in organizational development, training, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• LMS experience with enterprise-wide platforms.
• Facilitation, training & development experience and instructional design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, revises, and implements learning experiences for Canyon Ranch colleagues to promote a consistent culture aligned with our principles.
• Guides colleagues through the talent management process and supports program development.
• Serves as the OD liaison for human resources and other functional areas.
• Manages the learning management software platform, ensuring materials are reviewed and current.
• Creates learning materials and opportunities including compliance and regulatory training.
