Job summary

Canyon Ranch Operating, LLC is seeking a Senior Organizational & People Development Specialist to drive learning programs and talent development across the organization. You will guide colleagues through the OD process and support program development, reporting to the Director of Organizational and People Development.

Responsibilities include creating training materials, maintaining the LMS, and coordinating compliance training to reinforce Canyon Ranch values and mission.

Qualifications

• Significant specialized experience with 5+ years in organizational development or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• LMS experience with enterprise-wide platforms is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develops, revises, and implements learning experiences to promote consistent culture.
• Act as OD liaison for HR and other functions.
• Manage learning management software ensuring materials are current and assigned timely.
