Job summary

Canyon Ranch seeks a Senior Organizational & People Development Specialist to architect learning experiences and programs across the organization, aligning with our wellness-forward principles. You’ll develop, revise, and implement courses, manage the Learning Management System, and partner with HR to advance staff capabilities in line with our mission.

You’ll design, deliver, and measure ILT, online and LMS modules, and create marketing materials for development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the same or related field.
• LMS experience with enterprise-wide platforms.
• Facilitation, or training & development experience as well as instructional design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning processes, programs, courses, and tools to improve organizational effectiveness and people capabilities.
• Guide colleagues through the talent management process and support program development.
• Serve as the OD liaison for HR and other functions.
• Manage the LMS platform and ensure materials are current and assigned to staff.
