Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a People & Culture Senior Specialist, OD to lead defined Organizational Development projects from assessment through implementation and evaluation. You will design solutions, facilitate sessions, coordinate stakeholders, and support adoption while managing risks and delivering results.

The role may supervise interns or analysts and requires strong collaboration across multiple business groups, with proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, and Power BI to measure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentrations in psychology, HR, business administration, sociology, or organizational development preferred.
• Master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology, organizational development, human resources, or business administration preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in organizational development, change management, leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, or facilitation required.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects required.

Responsibilities

• Leads defined Organizational Development projects and workstreams.
• Assess organizational needs through interviews, data analysis, surveys, and facilitated discussions.
• Designs interventions, program components, and implementation approaches.
• Facilitates leadership, team effectiveness, and change-management sessions.
• Develops recommendations, decision materials, and executive presentations.
• Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, timelines, and dependencies.
• Manages project risks, issues, decisions, and change requests.
• Develops adoption plans and stakeholder communications.
• Measures program outcomes and recommends improvements.
• Coaches less experienced team members on methods and delivery standards.
• Presents project status, findings, and recommendations to leaders.
