Job summary

BDO USA, LLP seeks a People & Culture Senior Specialist, OD to lead defined Organizational Development projects from assessment through implementation and evaluation.

The role designs interventions, facilitates complex sessions, coordinates stakeholders, and supports adoption while applying OD judgment and managing risks across multiple business groups. It may supervise entry-level team members and serves as a SME for workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR, business, sociology or OD preferred.
• Master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology, OD, HR or business preferred.
• Five+ years in organizational development or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads OD projects and workstreams from assessment to implementation.
• Designs interventions and implementation approaches.
• Facilitates leadership, team effectiveness, and change sessions.
• Coordinates stakeholders, vendors, timelines and dependencies.
• Measures outcomes and recommends improvements.
• Coaches junior team members on methods and standards.
