Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a People & Culture Senior Specialist, OD to lead defined Organizational Development projects from assessment through implementation and evaluation. You will design solutions, facilitate sessions, coordinate stakeholders, and support adoption across multiple business groups.

The role may supervise interns or analysts and requires strong OD judgment, risk management, and delivery of scalable solutions, including AI-enabled use cases. Salary ranges are provided per geography.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (psychology, HR, business, sociology, or OD preferred).
Master's degree in industrial-organizational psychology, organizational development, HR, or business admin preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads defined Organizational Development projects and workstreams.
Assesses organizational needs through interviews, data analysis, surveys, and facilitated discussions.
Designs interventions, program components, and implementation approaches.
Facilitates leadership, team effectiveness, and change-management sessions.
Develops recommendations, decision materials, and executive presentations.
Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, timelines, and dependencies.
Manages project risks, issues, decisions, and change requests.
Develops adoption plans and stakeholder communications.
Measures program outcomes and recommends improvements.
Coaches less experienced team members on methods and delivery standards.
Presents project status, findings, and recommendations to leaders.
