Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking an Organizational Development Senior Specialist (People & Culture) to lead OD projects from assessment to implementation and evaluation. You will design solutions, facilitate leadership sessions, and coordinate stakeholders across multiple business groups.

The role requires five+ years in OD/change management, strong facilitation, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Collaboration with senior leaders and mentoring of junior staff is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in psychology, human resources, business administration, sociology, or organizational development preferred.
• Master's degree in industrial-organizational psychology, organizational development, human resources, or business administration preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in organizational development, change management, leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, or facilitation, required.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, required.
• Prosci Change Management, project management, executive coaching, data, assessment, or facilitation certification, preferred.
• Microsoft 365 and PowerPoint, required.
• Power BI, survey platforms, assessment platforms, and project-management software, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads defined Organizational Development projects and workstreams from needs assessment through implementation and evaluation.
• Assesses organizational needs through interviews, data analysis, surveys, and facilitated discussions.
• Designs interventions, program components, and implementation approaches.
• Facilitates leadership, team effectiveness, and change-management sessions.
• Develops recommendations, decision materials, and executive presentations.
• Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, timelines, and dependencies.
• Manages project risks, issues, decisions, and change requests.
• Develops adoption plans and stakeholder communications.
• Measures program outcomes and recommends improvements.
• Coaches less experienced team members on methods and delivery standards.
• Presents project status, findings, and recommendations to leaders.
