Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a People & Culture Senior Specialist, OD to lead organizational development projects from needs assessment through implementation and evaluation. You will design solutions, facilitate complex sessions, coordinate stakeholders, and support adoption across multiple business groups.

The role may supervise interns or analysts and will serve as a SME for assigned workstreams. The position emphasizes change management, senior stakeholder facilitation, and measurable outcomes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in psychology, HR, business, sociology, or OD preferred.
• Master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology, OD, HR, or business administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads defined Organizational Development projects and workstreams.
• Assesses organizational needs via interviews, data analysis, surveys, and discussions.
• Designs interventions, program components, and implementation approaches.
• Facilitates leadership, team effectiveness, and change-management sessions.
• Develops recommendations, materials, and executive presentations.
• Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, timelines, and dependencies.
• Manages risks, issues, decisions, and change requests.
• Develops adoption plans and stakeholder communications.
• Measures outcomes and recommends improvements.
• Coaches less experienced team members on methods.
• Presents status, findings, and recommendations to leaders.
