Qualifications

• Ten+ years of experience in organizational development, assessments, effectiveness, employee engagement and change management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates programs and projects to enhance organizational culture and development offerings.
• Supports talent review and succession planning across the enterprise.
• Builds trusted relationships with leaders to co-create org solutions and address gaps.
• Reviews performance metrics to measure workforce performance and identify improvement areas.
• Designs assessments to identify strengths, gaps, and development opportunities.
• Optimizes structures, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and agility.
• Advises senior management on organizational development strategies.
