This role guides leaders through change management and restructuring initiatives. Core Responsibilities: * Evaluate existing organizational structures and identify improvement opportunities.* Design and implement new operating models and governance frameworks.* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to support organizational change.* Collaborate with HR to align talent management and succession planning with new structures.* Document organizational design processes and decisions. **What You Will Need:** * An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED \"TOP SECRET\" Federal or DoD security clearance* Bachelor's degree* FIVE (5) years of experience in organizational design, organizational assessment, or organizational change.* Ability to work at onsite in the DMV at least 3 days/week **What Would Be Nice To Have:** * Experience working with senior government officials of C-suite executives.* Experience applying change management principles across projects. The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00.
