Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in organic digital marketing, social media strategy, or a closely related field.
• 2+ years of direct people management or team lead experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing influencer or creator partnership programs.
• Proven track record of growing audience and driving earned attention — not just follower counts, but measurable cultural engagement.
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, content ecosystems, and how organic content travels across the internet.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Digital Media team members, fostering a high-performing team culture rooted in ownership, growth, and continuous improvement.
• Guide the team's approach to influencer and creator strategy, helping them identify the right talent and build relationships at scale.
• Equip the team with frameworks and strategic clarity to translate stakeholder goals and audience insights into effective campaign approaches.
• Coach the team to move beyond reporting and connect performance data to strategic decisions that drive audience growth.
