• Proven track record of growing social audiences and engagement across platforms.
• Deep platform fluency with native content that performs on each platform.
• Experience building and expanding a social function with scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social strategy across platforms, defining the role each channel plays and what success looks like.
• Translate strategy into a working content calendar and platform-native content cadence.
• Lead with a strong point of view and push past safe executions.
• Lead on video-first and interactive formats built for how people actually watch.
• Spot real-time trends and move from idea to published content quickly.
• Own follower, reach, and engagement growth targets with channel-specific theses.
• Open up two-way conversation with our core audience and set tone for engagement.
• Find voices and conversations where our audience lives and participate credibly.
• Turn audience insights into content, product, and brand direction.
• Run creator and influencer programs including sourcing, briefing, and measurement.
• Build the operational backbone for scalable creator management and benchmarking.
• Work with agencies to deploy native UGC and creator content.
• Assess and expand the social tech stack for publishing, listening, community, analytics.
• Bring AI-powered workflows into content, community, and measurement processes.
