Job summary

Adobe Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager of Organization Effectiveness & Executive Development to enable senior leaders to drive Adobe's business priorities through expert consulting, design of leadership programs, and strategic organizational interventions.

Reporting to the Head of Org Effectiveness & Executive Development, you will partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, and Talent teams to diagnose challenges, translate strategy into scalable leadership solutions, and measure

Qualifications

10-14+ years of experience in organization effectiveness, leadership development, or management consulting.
Proven track record advising and influencing senior executives in a global, matrixed environment.
Experience designing and delivering executive-level development and organizational interventions.
Deep expertise across organizational design, operating models, change management, senior leadership team effectiveness, culture change.
Strong business and financial acumen with ability to connect leadership and organization decisions to business outcomes.
Exceptional consulting, influence, problem-solving skills, and ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
Strong communication and executive presence that engage and challenge senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to Sr. Director and VP+ leaders, providing expert consultation on organizational, leadership, and business challenges.
Diagnose root causes and lead organization effectiveness engagements across org design, senior team effectiveness, culture, and operating models.
Design and deliver executive development solutions and experiences aligned to business priorities and enterprise leadership capability needs.
Translate business strategy into scalable leadership and organizational engagements that drive measurable impact.
Partner with HRBPs, Talent Development, and Talent Management to deliver integrated, business-aligned solutions.
Influence senior leaders to adopt new approaches that improve alignment, clarity, and execution.
Leverage data and insights to define success metrics and continuously evolve solutions and offerings.
