Job summary

Invesco, based in Atlanta, GA, seeks an Organizational Effectiveness Partner to collaborate with HR and business leaders, accelerating performance amid change in a global, matrixed setting.

You will design OE methodologies, lead diagnostics and interventions, coach leaders, and translate data into actionable insights for decision-making. This role requires 7–10 years of HR/OD experience and strong consulting and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of progressive HR, Talent, or Organization Development experience in global, matrixed settings.
• Ability to partner with HR and senior leaders on change adoption and org challenges.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and coaching capabilities; relevant certifications preferred.
• Deep knowledge of OE frameworks, team dynamics, diagnostics, and leadership methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve globally consistent OE methodologies, tools, and frameworks aligned to strategic goals.
• Serve as trusted advisor to HR and leaders, translating strategy into OE interventions.
• Lead end‑to‑end intervention design and execution with diagnostics, facilitation, and measurement.
• Diagnose organizational and team dynamics to identify root causes and inform solutions.
• Facilitate team interventions and leadership programs; provide executive coaching.
• Develop executive‑ready presentations and insights to drive alignment and decisions.
• Establish metrics and continuous improvement; collaborate across a global matrix.
