Job summary

Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon seeks an Org and Leader Effectiveness Partner to collaborate with senior executives on complex business and organizational challenges, weaving organization design, coaching, and leadership development to accelerate execution.

You will diagnose systems, craft interventions, and lead OD, team effectiveness, and change-management initiatives, while partnering with HR, Talent, Learning, and other teams to boost performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years in organization development or related field.
• Or Master's degree with 6+ years in organization development or related field.
• Proven experience advising senior executives on complex organizational and leadership challenges.
• Leading complex changes and transformation efforts within large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted advisory relationships with senior executives and leadership teams.
• Coach and advise senior leaders on organization effectiveness, leadership effectiveness, talent strategy, change leadership, and team performance.
• Diagnose organizational and leadership challenges using data, feedback, and systems thinking.
• Advise on organization design, operating models, governance, accountability, and capabilities.
• Design and facilitate organization, leader, and team interventions to improve alignment and business results.
• Support organization design and transformation initiatives aligning strategy, organization, leadership, talent, and change.
• Lead leadership transitions, onboarding, and integration to accelerate trust and performance.
• Develop and drive leadership and team development roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
