Job summary

Arista Networks, Inc. seeks an experienced Order Management professional to process partner and customer orders, manage shipping logistics, and ensure term accuracy in contracts. You will support RMAs and maintain service contracts while collaborating with Sales to resolve issues.

Required: 5+ years in sales orders management or software renewals, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales orders management and software maintenance renewals.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow up with account reps and partners/customers.

Responsibilities

Process purchase orders from partners and end-customers and produce sales orders.
Ensure proper and accurate shipping logistics.
Review key terms on customer and partner orders to ensure accuracy and adherence to agreements.
Follow up on customer issues, including processing RMA requests.
Ensure PO include requisite product support for switches on orders.
Maintain installed base and service contract information.
Collaborate with Sales to address special customer issues and renewals.
Understand product offerings, licensing models, and renewal terms.
Resolve backlogged orders and track cancellations.
Support SOX compliance and other duties as required.
