Associate Order Management Specialist – Rocket Software

Job Description Summary: The Associate Order Management Specialist will assist in processing orders in Salesforce and maintaining renewal records, ensuring accurate pricing, customer and product information. They partner with an Order Management Specialist (OMS) to maintain renewal quote data and follow up on outstanding renewals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing small-sized customer renewal records in Salesforce (75% of time).
• Maintain accurate customer renewal records, including annual maintenance price increases.
• Follow renewal cycle process to ensure timely quote generation.
• Identify draft renewal quotes that require action.
• Initiate timely renewal reminders.
• After renewal, verify invoices are generated and delivered, and next-year renewal record is created.
• Provide customer support (25%) by resolving order-related issues for internal and external customers; redirect via email or call as needed.
• Eskalate issues to the Order Management Specialist for resolution when necessary.
• Monitor dashboards and reports for undelivered invoices and draft quotes needing approval, and bring them to the OMS’s attention.
