Job summary

Advanced Navigation is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist in Huntsville, AL to manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensure excellent customer experience, and maintain compliance with international trade regulations. You will bridge Sales, Logistics, and Finance to drive accurate order attribution and Salesforce data integrity.

Minimum experience includes 2+ years in order management or trade compliance, with strong proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Experience with order management, billing workflows, and data hygiene.
• Knowledge of export controls and international shipping docs.
• Strong CRM/ERP proficiency and Excel proficiency.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Logistics, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Validate customer POs against quotes, pricing, and product availability.
• Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing to accounts with payment terms.
• Track orders from submission to delivery; resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee export permits and trade compliance (AUKUS) as needed.
• Maintain AUKUS permit records in Salesforce and coordinate with Logistics.
• Process DEC03 forms for Canada and Latin America shipments.
• Audit Salesforce for duplicates and data integrity.
• Verify sales orders align with the correct account owners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
