Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United States seeks a Product Owner for Customer Order Management/Execution to drive the SAP-based transformation across North American plants. You will enable end-to-end order operations through agile practices, collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver value and alignment with the product roadmap.

Responsibilities include backlog prioritization, cross-functional collaboration, go-live readiness, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in order management, order execution, or plant customer service.
• Experience with SAP order-to-cash processes and integration with supply chain, logistics, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the implementation of Order Execution and back-office Order Management/Customer Service solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into a clear backlog.
• Identify impediments and delivery risks; mitigate where possible.
• Standardize Order Execution processes across sites.
• Define and align the product backlog with roadmap and outcomes.
• Prioritize activities to support go-live commitments.
• Communicate project status and decisions to stakeholders.
• Provide direction to project and scrum teams.
• Participate in program ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Demonstrate features and validate with stakeholders.
• Balance scope, value, quality, and schedule.
• Collaborate on readiness and change-management plans.
• Validate delivered solutions against requirements.
