Maini Consulting Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Oracle SCM Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through ERP implementation and transformation services. You will lead enterprise sales strategy, build a high-value pipeline, and close complex, multi-year Oracle ERP programs.

The ideal candidate has a systems integrator or consulting background, deep knowledge of Oracle SCM EBS and Fusion Cloud, and a proven track record selling large, services-led deals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with significant time in a Systems Integrator or consulting firm.
• Proven experience selling Oracle SCM EBS & Fusion Cloud implementation or transformation services.
• Demonstrated success closing $3M–$10M+ services deals.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve annual bookings and revenue targets for Oracle SCM services.
• Build, manage, and close a pipeline of net-new and expansion opportunities.
• Sell complex Oracle ERP implementation programs, including multi-pillar and multi-phase transformations.
• Drive strategic account planning and long-term client relationships.
