Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to support client engagements by translating business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle Utilities MDM (C2M/CCS). You will collaborate with client stakeholders and EY teams to design, configure, test, and transfer knowledge, while coaching junior members in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Role emphasizes requirements analysis, workshops, and delivering high-quality functional designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years experience with Oracle Utilities implementations (MDM/C2M/CCS preferred).
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework and related delivery activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document and validate business needs and functional requirements for Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Support design workshops and contribute to functional design decisions.
• Triage and resolution of defects during testing.
• Author interface, data conversion, and integration strategy documentation.
• Assist with testing of base configurations and RICE objects.
• Provide knowledge transfer to the client project team.
