Job summary

EY seeks an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into functional Oracle Utilities solutions (C2M/CCS). You will work with client stakeholders and EY teams to design, configure, test and deliver high-quality MDM solutions, coaching junior members and maintaining an inclusive, high-performing environment.

You will lead discovery sessions, document business needs, and manage functional scope, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful rollouts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Deep understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• 3+ years supporting Oracle Utilities implementations (MDM, C2M or CCS).
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Knowledge of requirements, configuration, testing and defect resolution in Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Proven ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting business process change and client communications.
• Strong business analysis, facilitation, writing, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and deliver Oracle Utilities MDM solutions aligned to client requirements.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and EY teams to drive design, testing, and KS transfer.
• Lead workshops, document requirements, and manage scope, risks and issues.
• Develop functional designs for RICE objects and data mappings.
• Assist with testing, triage defects, and support implementation activities.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support post-deployment activities.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing team environment.
