Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into functional Oracle Utilities MDM solutions (C2M/CCS). You will work directly with client stakeholders and EY teams to support design, configuration, testing, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer in a remote-first environment.

You’ll coach junior team members, shape functional design decisions, and help manage scope, risks and delivery timelines while promoting an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Utilities implementations, including MDM/C2M/CCS preferred.
• Strong business analysis, process facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience with requirements, configuration, testing and defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Designs, configures and delivers Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering and design sessions.
• Support testing, defect resolution and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and EY project teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage functional scope, risks and issues and facilitate workshops.
