Job summary

EY is seeking a qualified Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into functional Oracle Utilities MDM solutions (C2M/CCS). You will collaborate with client stakeholders and EY teams to support design, configuration, testing and knowledge transfer, coaching junior members and fostering an inclusive, high‑performing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Deep understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Utilities implementations (MDM, C2M or CCS).
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Knowledge of requirements, configuration, testing and defect resolution for Oracle Utilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate with customers across departments and levels.
• Experience supporting business process change and client communications.
• Strong IT and consulting practice knowledge.
• Excellent business analysis, facilitation, writing, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Designs and configures application software.
• Identify, document and validate business needs and functional requirements.
• Align workstreams with client direction and delivery timelines.
• Participate in discovery, requirements gathering, design and analysis sessions.
• Provide functional design decisions and manage scope and risks.
• Conduct business process analysis to ensure successful rollout.
• Develop and review functional designs for RICE objects.
• Assist with testing of base configurations and defects resolution.
• Document conversion strategies and data mapping plans.
• Support knowledge transfer and post-deployment activities.
