Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle Utilities MDM (C2M) or CCS. You’ll collaborate with client stakeholders and EY teams to design, configure, test, and resolve issues, while coaching junior members in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of Oracle Utilities implementations experience.
• Deep understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• Experience with Oracle MDM, C2M or CCS preferred.
• Knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Strong business analysis, facilitation, writing, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document business needs and functional requirements.
• Align functional workstreams with client direction and delivery timelines.
• Lead discovery, requirements-gathering, design and analysis sessions.
• Designs and configures application software.
• Analyze requirements, processes, and system capabilities for improvements.
• Help facilitate workshops and document outputs.
• Manage functional scope, risks and issues.
• Provide knowledge transfer to client teams.
