Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; nine full-time years may substitute.
• Five years of full-time software development experience with Oracle Fusion/OIC and HCM modules; API development experience.
• Experience building and maintaining integrations and troubleshooting with OIC and OIC HCM Data Loader.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Oracle HCM features and integrations.
• Collaborate with IT staff on upgrades, releases, and testing; ensure data security and privacy.
• Troubleshoot and revise Fast Formulas; support Visual Builder Cloud Service.
• Develop documentation for reports and interfaces; mentor junior staff as needed.
• Lead or supervise as assigned; provide technical guidance and prioritization.
