Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; nine total years may be considered.
• Five years of full-time software development experience with Oracle Fusion and OIC.
• Experience with object-oriented languages and SQL.
• Experience with HCM modules and API development (REST/SOAP).
• Experience building/configuring integrations and using OIC data loaders.
• Experience with Fast Formulas across HCM modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Oracle HCM features and integrations.
• Collaborate on upgrades, testing, and quarterly releases with DoIT teams.
• Troubleshoot and enhance OIC integrations and Visual Builder apps.
• Create documentation detailing programs, interfaces, and reports.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical best practices.
