SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a full-time Lead Programmer Analyst / Lead Oracle Developer to lead Oracle Cloud integrations (ERP/SCM/HCM) with on-prem and third-party systems via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Responsibilities include building integrations, APIs, and reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, Tableau, and Fusion Analytic Warehouse, and supporting Oracle applications operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 5+ years in software.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle SaaS and OIC.
• 3+ years of REST API, SOAP, PL/SQL, and Oracle Cloud Web Services.
• 2+ years of Oracle OIC development and integration.
• End-to-end OIC implementations on SaaS/PaaS/IaaS projects.
• Experience interfacing Oracle Cloud/ERP with 3rd party systems.
• Experience with OCI, Python, and C# languages.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop Oracle integrations on OIC using file-based/REST/SOAP adapters.
• Develop and deliver OIC integrations with Oracle SaaS and third-party apps.
• Design and develop Webservices/APIs for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid solutions using OIC.
• Design, develop, unit test, performance tune, and implement real-time and batch integration.
• Build, error-handling, auditing, scheduling, deployment, monitoring/alert integrations in OIC/ICS.
• Create and maintain mappings, lookups, connections, XSLT, agents, and packages in OIC.
• Draft technical design specs and select optimal design options.
• Design and build reports with OTBI, BI Publisher, Tableau, and Fusion Analytic Warehouse.
• Apply knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP schema and SQL data handling.
• Support day-to-day Oracle application operations and end-user issues.
• Meet with stakeholders, document requirements and user stories.
• Adhere to security and lifecycle policies; support maintenance and upgrades.
