Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation-focused Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll expert to join their Oracle practice in the US. You will lead design workshops, gather requirements, and configure Oracle Payroll Cloud to meet business needs.

With at least 7 years of Oracle Payroll Cloud experience, you will work with cross-functional teams, develop design documents, and support testing and go-live activities across client projects.

Qualifications

• Certified in Cloud HCM applications and Payroll module.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud.
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.
• Experience with Oracle Financials including Chart of Accounts / General Ledger.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
• Work with Client teams to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements.
• Configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports, fast formulas, configuration tables.
• Provide expertise and translate requirements into Oracle HCM configurations.
• Create functional and technical design documents.
• Facilitates design workshops for End-to-End Payroll Processing with stakeholders.
• Support testing cycles and go-live cutover activities.
• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on deliverables.
