Job summary

Mount Sinai Health System seeks an experienced Oracle HCM & Learning Management Technical Lead to steer architecture, integration, security, reporting, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Learning Cloud.

This role serves as the senior technical authority for workforce technology solutions, supporting HR, Learning & Development, Compliance, Talent Management, and operational stakeholders across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12+ years of technology leadership in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Learning Cloud, and cloud integration patterns.
• Experience migrating Taleo Learning and delivering enterprise learning transformations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to translate complex concepts for executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Learning Cloud platforms.
• Lead architecture, configurations, integrations, and ongoing platform optimization.
• Oversee security, governance, and compliance across HR, Learning, and Talent domains.
• Drive enterprise learning modernization, data migration, and reporting initiatives.
