Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Architect (Product Owner III) for a partner-led project in the United States. You will lead architecture, integration, security, and reporting for Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Learning Cloud in a healthcare setting.

The role requires extensive experience with OIC, REST/SOAP, OTBI, BI Publisher, data management, and enterprise LMS migrations, driving standards and governance across HR and compliance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 12 years of related experience with 8+ years in enterprise app development or technical leadership, including 5+ years with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Three+ years implementing or supporting Oracle Learning Cloud and related HCM modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, configuration, integration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Learning Cloud.
• Oversee learning catalogs migration, transcripts, certifications, and audience groups during modernization.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP, FBDI and middleware.
